From the Boston Business Journal today: "BIOTECH'S JOB DILEMMA Hiring is difficult in all industries, but with so many new jobs being added in the life sciences, employers are in a tighter bind. Last summer, the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council estimated that the state’s biopharmaceutical industry will grow by at least 40,000 jobs by 2024.
