Restaurants from chefs José Andrés, Bryan and Michael Voltaggio, and Marcus Samuelsson will be part of MGM National Harbor Casino when it opens in 2016 — all among a slate of about a dozen dining options in the venue, from fast-casual to fine dining, the casino announced Monday.

Andrés will open a seafood-focused restaurant overlooking the Potomac River, featuring locally sourced seafood and sushi and tempura bars. The restaurant, which is tentatively to be named Fish by José Andrés, will also feature a cocktail bar, as well as communal tables and several open kitchen stations.

NBC Washington’s Adam Tuss: I’m told a bill being drafted would give DC residents $100 a month to use for public transportation. It would be funded by taxes that have far surpassed estimates in recent years - and those tax surpluses are expected to continue. @nbcwashington #wmata
