Boise, Idaho's State Capitol (pop. 214, 237), is one of the most vibrant and progressive cities I've visited . . . in fact I'm posting from there.
Imagine everything at Thruway (including Trader Joe's and Whole Foods) located in a densely redeveloped Downtown full of young people and amazing historic architecture and you get the idea. Time magazine listed Boise as #1 in a 2014 issue under the header "Solutions for America" as "Getting it right."
